Materials that were already there
Coconut shell and coir are by-products of an existing crop. Bamboo regenerates in years, not decades. Nothing in our core range requires felling old-growth timber or petrochemical inputs.
Craft over machinery
Hand production keeps energy use minimal and keeps income inside artisan communities. That is the social half of sustainability, the part certifications often miss.
What we're still improving
Packaging plastics and final-mile freight emissions remain industry-wide challenges. We work with suppliers on paper-based packaging and consolidate shipments to cut freight per unit.
